                 Both of these services feature primarily residential properties, however they both have areas

                 areas for commercial listings. We will use these services after we have explored most other

                 mediums.

 

____    Information Package

This brochure will contain all of the listing information, and features of the property. With pictures and maps, this will be the mail-out  - hand -out for prospective buyers. This brochures and listing information will be available both in printed format and online in the Commercial One Team Internet site.

      As Commercial Realtors and a members of the valuable organization, we will announce every 

      listing on a weekly basin in what is called “The Commercial Exchange”. This is an email service
